What exactly is BPD?

Borderline personality disorder. There are varying degrees of it. It is basically an inability to regulate and center oneself.

I wouldn't say we have an inability to regulate. I would say that it is often harder for us. We tend to be more hot and cold, but we can learn coping mechanisms. We can appear to be intense, but we can also learn to regulate that. It's really not that big of a deal.
