how is dg a top house?

Yeah like two years ago, they were upper mid tier and now they are suddenly top. They aren’t top in grades and all of their showgirls have graduated now. What makes this house (And ZTA) top?

Why does it matter if they’re top in grades? Every sororities average GPA is extremely high and close to one another. So That really doesn’t matter. DG is top because they are All pretty, popular, social and know And are well liked by a lot of guys.

They have mixers and events a lot and with the best fraternities. They are all well known & very selective with who they take. Any PNM Can look around the DG house Or go to their social media and be able to tell it’s top

Nobody really cares about grades besides a few people here on GR. Most people at TCU value authentic learning (the opposite of grades), and authentic friendships.
