by: HornedFrog2beHow competitive is recruitment at TCU? Do most girls get bids or do the sororities cut alot of girls? Does it matter where your from (north, west, not Texas)... Or will top sororities cut you cuz ur not from Texas (or even specific parts of Texas)?

Recruitment is extremely competitive at TCU and yes some groups don't welcome out of state girls as much as others. There are probably exceptions but Tri-Delt, Kappa and Chi-O all are known for mainly choosing Texas legacies. The groups that seem most welcoming to out of state are DG, Gamma Phi and Sigma Kappa. Be open to all houses when you go through rush. You want to be in a house that wants you. It's the people inside that matter more than the letters on the door. All sorority houses have every kind of person these are just the most common.
