this is as unbiased as it's gonna get, you'll learn it is pretty damn accurate overtime

Sigma Alpha Epsilon: probably the most exclusive, almost 100% from Texas, depends on what school you went to (memorial, HP, EHS, etc.), wild, more cliche, heard the pledge class was only 17 but other than that strong soph-senior

Sigma Chi: wild, known for parties, majority from Texas, a lot of "brotherhood", usually always see them travel in big groups, heard the pledge class was only 25ish, really good soph-jun, haven't heard much (positive) about seniors

Kappa Sigma: wild, usually athletic, quite a bit of out-of-state and Fort Worth kids, usually from good schools, pretty well known for parties, really good jun-senior, not sure about fresh or soph

Phi Kappa Sigma: known to be very guido, tattoos, tank-tops, purple-dyed jeans, california bros.

You probably are looking for Phi Delta Theta not Phi Kap with the ones above

Sigma Alpha Epsilon
A top tier TCU Frat of mostly Texan Bros that party with the best of 'em. Low GPA's but highly credited parties. Your typical "Bad Boys".

Sigma Chi
Another top tier Texan "Bad Boy" TCU Frat. Very close knit group of guys.

Kappa Sigma
Very exclusive. Also a top tier "Bad Boy" Frat that pride on insane parties and Intramural records.

Phi Kappa Sigma
Your typical Cali Frat Boys (think Jimmy Tatro).
