rec letters

I'm beginning to prepare for fall recruitment. How many REC letters would you suggest I try to get for each house. Do they hold more weight if a current active writes them?

These are important no matter what people may post. Recruitment is very competitive so do what you need to do on RECS

We are one of the only schools that still does this. It is so archaic.
