These girls are fake and mean, even to each other. Do not know how to handle themselves at parties, as evident by their social probation. Not the house it used to be by any means.

A little slip this year angels. Thats not to say you aren't a highly desirable house because you always will be. Just not top anymore. But I bet you could regain that Top status if you just work on cleaning up some of your girls' acts.

it is sad to see how far y'all have fallen. y'all were top last year and it sucks that one bad series of events has caused a drop in reputation. what sucks even more is that not all of the pi phis are like that! there are a lot of smart well behaved girls that i know but its those out of control that drag you down. The only advice i could give is be more careful with membership selection because y'all still have the potential to move back up
