Pi Phi is decent. They are know as the California sorority. I admit I am a little bit biased because I’m from the South and I disapprove of Vans and other “California attire”, but overall they are a nice group of girls who love to party and have a good time. I personally don’t like them that much but many of my pledge brothers loved them, and I think that’s great. They are impressive in their own right.

I really don't know why they are top tier, sure they have cute girls who party a lot, but that's it. They really aren't involved at all, never know when they have philanthropy events and you never see girls walking around campus in pi phi shirts.
