Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Texas Christian University - TCU 2.7 Agree with the last post. Last two PCs are super weird. Not cute or fun. Living off a prior reputation. Definitely dropped in the rankings. Would not recommend you rush this house especially with the seniors leaving.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Texas Christian University - TCU 5.0 Best on campus. 10/10 all around. Not even debatable. This frat is so solid in every aspect. I always go to their parties and their new pc is pretty good too.
