Phi delt is the bottom house. Has been for years. If you're rushing don't think they're a top house -- they self rank a lot. That being don't no visit them, you might get along. Just here to call them out on their self-ranking.

I really liked their freshman pledge class. Cute guys and fun mixers. Had some fun parties in the spring too.

Most people don't even know this is a fraternity at TCU. Thats what no presence and social events does. Phi delt needs to step up
