should be top house imo because of how much people love them. they are well rounded, classy, and generally very sweet. yes they're exclusive but so are most sororities. for instance, tridelt is super exclusive but not nice whatsoever. love this chapter!

All super great guys once you actually get to know them. Every Pi Kapp is pretty much a Midwest kid that has a house in the Hamptons with a trust fund bigger than the TCU endowment.
