creepy fraternities

What qualifies a fraternity as being creepy? Which houses do you consider creepy?

Fiji, phi psi, SAE.

I would say there's two types of creepy:
1.) drunk/high guys who can't take a hint and think they're hot and won't leave you alone because they want to take you home (Phi Psi, FIJI, SAE)
2.) slightly nerdy guys who just have no experience and can't help but be creepy because they're socially awkward (Pike, DU, Pi Kapp)
