Lol not Chi O, DG is decent, Gamma Phi is pretty solid. I would say top are APhi, Theta, and Gamma Phi, but Pi Phi is pretty good too.

Accurate. All 3 of these houses have good grades, involvement and social lives. Some better in some areas than the others.
