What is Phi Psi like socially and are they trending upwards or down?

they used to be a lot of fun and really social but I agree they're going downward. Constantly smoking and they give off a little bit of a creeper vibe plus they really only party with pi phi (nothing against them) so other houses don't even try to pair with them

trending down. a lot of guys drop because of hazing

Definitely downhill, the toga party we had with them half my house left right away because of the creeper vibe
