2021 frat ranks

Top: SigEp, Beta, Phi Delt, SAE
Upper mid: FarmHouse, Delt, FIJI
Mid: ATO, PIKE, Sig Chi
Lower mid: DU, AGR, Phi Psi
Bottom: Kappa Sig, AGS, Theta Xi
Writing this as a junior in a mid-tier frat. I’ll tell you right now this is probably the most accurate/up to date ranking you’ll see on here.
There’s really only 8 or 9 houses at UNL that are actually relevant and the rest are pretty insignificant

Delt’s junior and senior classes are definitely top before they got in trouble. Their freshman and sophomore classes are definitely average. The overall rankings are overall, but rn delt deserves top mid, but it’ll depend on if they get a good freshman class next year whether they’ll go up or down

Phi Delt imo shouldn’t be considered a “top tier”. They get big pledge classes of 40-45 guys, but half those kids are weird, because they’re bidding a lot of alumni kids.
Pretty good ranking!
