Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 3.9 Went to a couple of their parties, threw a great party and had a good ratio of girls and guys. Small in number but most of the guys seem to be pretty chill. not your avergae frat boys, which can be a good and bd thing. middle tier working their way up.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 3.0 Not your typical fraternity (not saying this as a bad thing). MUCH smaller house on campus but they aren't nice guys and seem to have a strong beotherhood. Wouldn't really consider them a fraternity but more of a brotherhood at this point. A lot of potential but they need to grow and find their nitch

Not your typical fraternity (not saying this as a bad thing). MUCH smaller house on campus but they aren't nice guys and seem to have a strong beotherhood. Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 5.0 Easily the top house on campus. They don't really need a physical house as they pretty much are able to take over any other greek house whenever they want... that's how dominant they are. They only bid kids that look like the twins Mark Zuckerberg coned out of a billion dollars and they all have 5.0 gpa's. I'm obviously kidding, though I can't really be proven wrong in this assumption, as I've never met one.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 1.2 I've literally seen 1 Chi Phi around campus. They keep sending me texts trying to recruit me even though I've been in a different fraternity for over a semester. Bottom of the bottom.
