I definitely agree with the previous comment! Beta is a great house, but the other houses ranked in the top five here are definitely not realistic. Beta, Sig Ep, and Farmhouse should be the top three, the other houses that are listed are either self ranking or....well that's the only explanation of how they are ranked that high. If I was to give an honest rough estimate of the top five fraternities, it would go: 1. Beta 2. Sig Ep 3. Farmhouse 4. SAE 5. Phi Delt or Delta Tau Delta

I had Gamma Phi on 3 party day and if I had not been a leg at another house, I totally would have joined. The girls I've met are soo nice and definitely going places. Probably my 2nd favorite house on campus... besides my own ;)

These overall rankings crack me up. I would definitely agree that Beta is top house, but DU and Pike 2nd and 3rd? lol. In my opinion it would go Beta, SigEp, and Farmhouse. Beta has been a personal favorite of mine since freshman year. They seem like better versions of the guys you were friends with in high school. They are all involved, attractive, succefful, hardworking, fun loving guys. They scream husband material.

obviously the chi o girls themselves have been the ones posting about chi o at unl on here. they dont show up to parties unless they crash our other parties, which we dont mind - just wish they would come to their own. theyre kind of stuck up and dont get out much. the only time i hear about them is when grades lists go out. i like most of the girls i know though.

aphis are good looking girls, just ask them. most of the aphis ive met are two faced. they keep their act together in front of everyone, but end up backstabbig and talking a lot of crap. definitely pretty, smart, and involved girls though.

the gphis are known for being smart and involved. they used to go out more than they did this last year, hopefully their next pledge class are partiers like the upperclassmen. pretty hot. super classy. we look forward to being paired with them for socials. havent met one gphi i didnt like.
