Looking out for the freshman guys, I know you look at Greek Rank because I did too. Don't trust this rating, these guy are weird. Their house is off campus, at their partys the guys don't talk to the girls, and they barely participate in university activities

Great Fraternity! Walking by after a football game some of the guys on the patio offered me Zyn. After that they gave me a house tour and it seemed very updated, with just a little Animal House feel. I was in Beta back in the 90's but I knew Theta Xi could party. Seems like they have come a long way since the 90's and I hope I can get another Zyn some time from the guy who introduced himself as the Ferd Burgler.

It is just boring. They don’t do much fun stuff. They also have some really religious girls who might try and convert you. They just worry about grades and where they are going to grad school.
