Its a club not a frat. They bid anything that breathes which resukts in them having some weird guys. Don't join a "frat" at unl that doesn't have an on campus house. Until pike does that they will be irrelavent

Theta Xi guys are not your typical "frat guys" but they still know how to have a good time. Most are super respectful and friendly. There are definitely some gems in this house and are one of the only frats I can truly feel safe at.

Don't be deceived by these self-ranks as I was. I joined this frat after I was lied to by almost every member about what to expect. My pledge class started at 30 but it dropped to 11 after all the guys figured out their true colors. The dudes seem cool at first but I've gotten secondhand embarrassment from associating with them at their parties. The guys are just weird and can't interact with women. Not to mention the parties are just not that fun. I rushed a different house in the spring its probably the best decision I made.

Their parties are okay put their pc this year really brought the house down. Not to mention they have rats in their house. I'd rush elsewhere
