Delta Upsilon is unique in its transparency as a chapter. This means that after rushing the house and meeting a good chunk of the guys, you know exactly what you’re going to get. That is an outstandingly friendly and accepting group of guys that want what’s best for the future of all members of the house. There isn’t the “make every pledge your slave” mentality, which means that you won’t have some kkk looking group of guys try to paddle your bare ass in a basement at 3am or be forced to drink until your stomach decides to prolapse. However, that definitely isn’t to say that there aren’t any fun challenges down the road...Although accepting, good grades and strong character are required and expected of every member. Keeping that in mind, the main goal of all DU members is to simply have fun. This DU chapter follows the “work for your weekend” mentality and therefore never sits out on an opportunity to make the good times last. Overall, DU is a well structured chapter with a strong sense of brotherhood and a solid reputation that’s taken years to build. And with the newer pledge classes beginning to take control, I think that the future of the chapter is looking pretty damn good.

I know a lot of guys in this fraternity and they're all really nice and smart. Brotherhood is more important than girls to these guys. They're pretty small, but they're really trying to get more involved.

Honestly, so incredibly rude. All of my interactions with them have been just disappointing. Mean during recruitment and mean after. There’s this one weird girl that’s super involved that I see all the time but she never seems friendly.

Even though I am not in Kappa, I have found some of my best friends there. They are so genuine and fun to be around. They hang out with so many different frats and sororities, which is really cool!
