delta tau delta - niche group like sigma chi?

So I've been rushing Delta Tau Delta because of one of my friends from back home is in it. They definitely seem to like each other a lot more than the other more "exclusive" frats like pi Kapp, SAE etc. Also, they have a lot of pretty "cool" athletes and guys who are getting invited back to the closed rush events, especially compared to the ones above. Also, a lot of the brothers had really hot girlfriends. On the rankings here, DTD seems to be irrelvant but I don't see how. Are they just a niche group because they definitely pull and there seemed to be some really rich solid looking guys.

went to their date night and a lot of their gf seemed to be alpha phi -- dont know what that counts for. Definitely have guys that could have joined theos/oz/SAE it seems. the house is so far away unfortunately
