Low Top: Zete Hall Phidelt

In between: Apes ZBT(falling fast)

Mid: Fiji SAE Sigchi
Low Mid: Sammy Beta

Bottom: KSig Crows AEpi

Srats:
Top: Theta, Tabbard
Low Top: Tridelt
Upper Mid: Aphi
Mid: Oax, SDT
Low: ChiO SK
Zeta

This is probably the most accurate ranking on here. Theos and Castle run the downtown scene. Hall/Delt/Zete somewhat are involved with downtowns but focus more towards on campus parties.

Fair to put Apes below all of them, and ZBT should be even lower imo.
