traditional fraternities

Which fraternity best fits the mold of a traditional "southern" fraternity? To specify, I am looking for a fraternity with deep tradition, brotherhood, and just the traditional qualities a typical "southern" fraternity would have. I understand UPenn is as north as it gets, but does this type of fraternity exist here? Thanks

Phi Delt likes to think that they're really southern, and although they are arguably the most southern on campus they're still nothing like what you'd find in the south. a lot of new york/connecticut
