Upper: Theos, As, Castle
Middle: Phi Delt, Oz
Lower: SAE, Owls

MID TIER
Upper: Apes, ZBT
Middle: Zete, Phi, Beta
Lower: Kappa Sig, Sig Chi

BOTTOM TIER
Upper: Sig Ep, FIJI, Sammy
Middle: TEP, Pike, AEPi
Lower: (everyone else)

Do not take these rankings too seriously. The best frat on campus is the one that fits you best.

Is this a joke.....
There are only 5 “top” frats at Penn and sae/owls are close. Also Castle is chalk full of weirdos. As was proabaly number 2 last year defintely not anymore
