updated older rankings / description

It all depends on what type of people you want to hang around so doing a 'ranking' doesn't mean anyone is better its just who you hangout with. That being said, I'll give it a go based on parties/pc/general feel with descriptions.

top tier:

1. Theos: consistently throw parties/parties, their pledge class is popular with girls and social so they are definitely up there.
2. Hall: right now the hall is top tier because they are historically. Their pc is what they usually go for, but the frosh guys aren't too social. they haven't thrown any crazy parties/special mixers.
3. Castle: castle has a great house and got more americans in the class than they usually do, as well as a few kids who could've done owls. open parties can be eh but their mixers are great and pc is popular with top 3 sororities
Upper middle:
1. Oz: great guys, email took a toll but they will return
2. Phidelt: pc also took a hit and has been declining. Girls tend to not very like their parties
3 Owls: took a hit bc of small pc, but still has good late nights
4. SAE: popular when you leave other parties. has a good group of guys in the pc, and are well liked.
Lower middle
5. APES: apes has good parties when they throw them and seemingly enjoyable mixers. pc is good?
6. Beta: jocks, only have mixers?
7. Phi: have interesting parties, huge house, girls seem to like them?
8. Zete: here because of the late nights. their exclusivity is damning.
