Not much draw especially within the past 7-10 years and they lose the girls that they prefer to pretty much any upper tier organization. Girls don’t really go out or have a presence on campus, not much to offer or much more to be said

Trying really hard to increase interest in them with their social media which is kind of funny. You can try to change how something looks girls but you can’t change who you’ve got to work with, and the fact is there’s not a contingency of girls that would consider you a top choice
