It's crazy how on these rankings it's either self-rating or downright destruction. Theta is a great place for girls who have strong individual personalities and like to go out a lot. They are very international and clearly one of the best looking sororities on campus. I wouldn't however say they have the best sisterhood, or are generally nice to everyone. It is very common to find catty or snobby girls in Theta.
