Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Iowa State University - ISU 2.0 SAE was just cleaned out a few years ago and thinks they're somehow back on top? They CANNOT compete with SigEp or Farmhouse on the quality guys in those chapters. Most of these guys have more money thank looks, but think they can "pull" the hottest girls on campus. Wrong. Step it up or clean house again.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Iowa State University - ISU 4.0 A lot of great guys but sometimes tend to believe TFM is the bible. Whether people like it or not they are back on top with Sig Ep, it is hard to argue against what they have done recently.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Iowa State University - ISU 4.0 Don't really know what to think of them compared to other top houses. I know pike and them hate each other again just like two years ago. The weird thing is that they are very similar to pike. They did have a very cute pledge class and pike not so much. Except their parties are not on pikes level because they are "dry". But they do have a lot of potential to improve that next year especially with delts falling off the map. They are definately back in the top 3 houses with pike and sig ep
