I will admit i love all phi delts, they are fun to party with and always have a good time. They party harder than most houses at ISU. I feel bad for who ever lives in the apartments around 301!!!

No group is that amazing that they can pull off horrible behavior and be considered popular. There has to be some type of acceptance of bad standards for groups to end up with bad reputation. Illegal activity is not HOT
