I would say that although they have been historically a great house, they have been declining and their lack of involvement is directly impacting. Don't get me wrong they are nice and fun guys. Typical tv frat.

Considered "top" because they do well in things such as homecoming, however after any of these events all of them end up hating each other. Have several in my classes and they NEVER sit with each other or even say hi... Just a house full of yippiee annoying daddy's girls
