very sweet girls overall but this house is extremely cliquey which is why newer girls end up dropping since they don’t fit into any of the cliques the girls form and let’s just there’s obviously a reason why all of the older girls are dropping once their housing contract is up

they act like they’re a big top house just because they got more guys than usual during last recruitment and they’re far from even being a top house definitely lower mid compared to other frats on campus and never go above and beyond during homecoming and greek week, there are SOME nice guys so I’ll give them that but overall there are much better options

all of the negative comments are from girls who decided to drop the chapter and are upset bc they had to face the consequences to the actions and decisions they made in their time here but these girls are very sweet and caring once you get to know them yes it can get pricey like the other posts say but it’s gonna be like that at every chapter no matter how many girls are in the sorority and you make this financial decision when you go through recruitment and this is definitely a sorority on the cheaper side compared to what other chapters cost, this is definitely a lower tier house but their recent pledge classes have been nothing but the best and can definitely see them moving their way up if they actually try

this house is definitely a top 3 house on campus along w a phi and kappa but just like those 2 the thing they all have in common is treating girls poorly, sure they’re those few that are so sweet and you question why they’re in that chapter but from what i know this is one of the more cliquish chapters and it’s really easy to feel left out here and feel like you opinions don’t matter since you’re not on exec

all I’ve heard from these girls are complaints about how much they don’t like each other and how cliquey it is, definitely recruited a bunch a weird and crazy ppl this past recruitment also their empty bed fees are insane so if you don’t wanna break the bank and aren’t wild this won’t be the house for you

this is THE bottom house on campus so don’t be fooled during recruitment, so glad i didn’t end up here. the girls are nice but the vibes just aren’t there and i don’t really see them doing much to get involved on campus or in greek life really, all the frats always complain whenever they get paired w theta(pretty understandable to be honest)

this is a very expensive sorority to join when it comes to having to live in, it’s currently abt $14k+ for the year just bc they can’t fill their house and have sm debt that they had to raise dues not to mention a majority of the girls are extremely rude acting like they’re a top house when the ain’t

Delts is pretty stereotypical top house imo. Parties are great. Guys are a little douchey but have a pretty good reputation amongst the other chapters. They’re also a wet house so if you wanna smash nattys over your head you’re probably a good fit
