This chapter is great! not known for being mean girls.They all just do their thing super chill girls

They are really attractive especially their new pledge class. Their parties also are getting way better. I could see them becoming a top house in the future.

Honestly this frat is very sketchy. The guys are all rude and just want to get with girls. They definitely think they are top house when they aren’t. If you don’t want to be respected on campus join this frat lol.

Beware! Two faced, mean girls. Not supportive of each other’s accomplishments. No sisterhood in this chapter. Cliques within the sorority that think they are all that & ignore the other cliques & sisters within this chapter. Same girls are showcased on social media. If you’re looking for lifelong friendships, this is not the place for you. If you’re looking for a sorority that is full of back stabbing, gossiping & pettiness, then you found your ‘home’. Save yourself the trouble of learning all this the hard way (& end up dropping before being initiated) & instead find a different sorority that values & respects you and everyone else in that chapter.

They just reestablished themselves on campus and they’re a bunch of hard working men who care a lot about their values and respect everyone they come across.

A great sisterhood with even greater values. They help out in the community and are accepting of everyone

Top house even though people try and say they’re not, they throw the most parties and have the most fun and that’s undeniable

As a former member of this chapter, this was the worse experience of my life. The girls are the most immature people I have met and have absolutely no idea how to conduct themselves in social settings. It was embarrassing to even be associated with them or ever be seen with Theta. The house is absolutely disgusting to live in; there’s no chef, the kitchen has like 100 health code violations, and they give you an inhumane amount of fridge space making it impossible to feed yourself. There are a few normal and super nice members, and I feel bad for them that they are stuck in this chapter where the other girls think they are better than everyone else. The majority of this chapter needs a reality check. Nobody wants to hang out with you or join your sorority because you act 12. You are not the nicest people and you have absolutely no social cues. Genuinely just a toxic environment. I’m glad I met the people that I did, but there are way too many horrible members to make the experience enjoyable. There are way too much things that need to be fixed in order for this chapter to be successful. The leadership is a joke; the president does absolutely nothing and is completely complacent and excuses members bad behavior. Steer clear of this chapter.
