Theta Chi has grown rapidly over the past few years, and it's easy to see why. They are a great group of guys who are very involved but also know how to party. After their recent PC, I think they are going to get even bigger in the years to come.

have not had any good experiences at their parties and a lot of allegations come from here too which is another reason for the rating

Very nice and athletic guys who are respectful to everyone who comes and visits. Their house may not be the best but the guys inside make up for it.
