by: WOWThe Kappa that was Miss Oklahoma 2013 was 2nd runner up in the Miss Anerica pagent correct? That's huge!!! Why would someone say she was just a top twenty? And why would anyone compare her to any other OU sorority pagent girl? There simply is no comparison!!
