Don't listen to the comments on here. There is a person who is all over this board with incredibly bad advice and misleading information. The truth is that you should be your best self and have an open attitude about each house you visit. The most successful sororities are looking for girls that have more than one thing to offer. They will be most interested in girls with excellent grades, spotless reputations, excellent recommendations, extensive activities, etc. Other houses may be more interested in one or two of those attributes but will take girls of different types. Everyone just wants girls that will fit in with their house. At this point all you can do is get your recs in for each house, put together a wardrobe you feel comfortable in, pay attention to your appearance so that you present a good first impression, and think of some conversation topics so that you can carry on an interesting conversation.

The first comment tells you what sororities want. They also want girls who can carry on a good conversation, but don't want to talk to you about your boyfriend, your partying, or other houses. Try to have something interesting to ask members that you talk to. We get tired of talking about the weather and what your major is.
