ou sorority selectivity

No rankings but during recruitment some houses are more selective than others just like colleges. To get into the best sororities you need to have it all-- grades, volunteer at charitable events, good character, and lots of involvement. It doesn't hurt to have an inside tract and " know" someone. Being attractive, coming from families of influence, and being on the Cheer or Pom squad helps too. Like colleges different houses weigh each category uniquely to their house.
VERY SELECTIVE-- Theta, Kappa, Tridelt, ChiO, PiPhi
MODERATELY SELECTIVE-- Alpha Phi
SELECTIVE- DG, GPB,AXO
CONGRATULATIONS YOU'RE IN-- AOP, AGD

All the petty lying about houses and claims of knowing who writes comments should really stop. I an bumping this post because it's actually factual any girl who has gone through OU recruitment knows it is truthful. What matters is you find a house that has girls you like. Yes some houses will cut you for any number of reasons. Move on enjoy the houses that want you. If you have to compare your house to another house or tear another house down to make yourself fell better about your own house then you've totally missed the point of sororities.

You are crazy and jealous. Top houses don't snap bid and that's - chio theta PiPhi DDD and KKG. But do you even know what a snap bid is? When girls get dropped from the top houses and only have houses like GPB left they often drop out of recruitment. Those girls are the only ones eligible for a snap bid. Yes they would rather DROP then become a GPB. If they are lucky a top house will pick them up. Unfortunately at OU it's so competitive that the top 5 houses mentioned above have to cut an insane amount if girls so bottom houses like GPB can even get girls back to their parties. So the top at OU never has to snap bid.

It's really pretty telling that you're embarrassed that you house couldn't make quota without snap bidding and that you deny it happened. There were three girls in my hall that got snaps from ChiO. If you're going to lie, lie about something that can't be proven.
