Living at cross for freshman year?

I’m an incoming freshman, should I live in cross or the towers? I heard from friends that living in hedington hall didn’t give the full college experience. Would the cross be the same thing

I was in Walker and liked it. Felt close to everyone and everything going on. But Cross is a lot nicer than the towers. Hard decision.
