Rankings have changed and there should just be 2 tiers. Proud we have a great Greek system here.
Tri Delt, Theta, Pi Phi, Chi O
GPhi, AXO, APhi, AOPi, DG,AGD

agree there is very little difference in rankings which is why there are just the two levels now.

@ top 3, not everyone wanted those 3 houses.

You could argue that DDD or XO are among the top 3. But PBP is not even close. I love my Pi Phi friends but that’s a no from me dog.

Pi Phi & Tri Delt are definitely in the top 3 at OU, but not Chi O!! They’re middle tier and Theta way better than Chi O

The top 3 houses are Tri Delta, Theta, and Kappa. The rest of the top tier are Pi Phi and G Phi. There is a silly campaign going on here by Chi O and AXO to boost their ratings up. Chi O is NOT a top house. They are middle or middle low. AXO is maybe a middle house, but probably just even with DG.

IMO the top 3 are Theta Kappa and Tridelt. Then there is a gap and PiPhi and GPhi.

ChiO always has, always will be a top house. So has Kappa, Theta and Tri Delt. PiPhi hangs out at the bottom of the top. Where I see movement is the second tier. APhi and AXO are now competing for top of 2nd tier moving ahead of GPhi and DG. I suppose many years ago GPhi was top of the 2nd or bottom of the top, but I see them slipping. Great homecoming for GPhi so they might retake top of the second tier.
The person on here claiming GPhi is top and ChiO isn’t is an alum from 30 years ago.

Maybe Chi O was a top house when you were here. But now Chi O is a house like AP and AXO that they compete with. They all go for looks girls without academics, involvement, connections, etc. Those girls go to the top houses. Chi O is fine for a second tier house and certainly I'd rather be a Chi O than a AXO or AP (or AOP or DG or AGD). No hate, just explaining because you asked.

If the tiers are in order, it’s TriDelt ChiO Kappa Theta PiPhi. Second tier is correct.

Kappa, Theta and Pi Phi pull from a different pool of girls than Tri Delt and Chi O.

You have to remember this is a 2 way process! Just because a house cuts someone...does not mean they weren’t going to pref you low! I got cut from houses that I had zero interest in! I think the girls on the rushing side forget that! DDD, XO and APHI were my favorite 3! I liked the houses you think are top 3 but would have not chosen them! Kappa was my fourth favorite but was cut by them.
