I would say you are right but you are far off.
Pi Phi and Theta did not do well enough to be top. Sorry
The rankings are changing and have changed.
We have a great greek system and many houses blew others out of the water...what have been considered middle tier beat out some “top tier” houses this year.

If you knew anything about recruitment this year you wouldn't have said that. A Phi and Chi O both did terrible this year.

kappa seriously had one of their worst recruitments ever and everyone knows it! They are all over this website tonight trying to do damage control
