I think it's pretty good. Certainly Fiji would say they're higher, but I say just buying yourself a new house doesn't automatically propel you to the top. See how good their classes are for a few years.

Fiji has been a mid level to low level house for a long time. The new house is going to make them better but there's still a question of how much. I don't think they did great this year, but we'll see.

Every girl knows the top 4 are lambda, sigep, Fiji, and SAE. Y'all are probably betas or delts that didn't get bids to better houses.
