Have won the President's Trophy a few times, but that does not automatically mean they are the top House.Thetas just know how to fill out the paperwork and politic to appear something other than what they actually are which is extreme exclusivity and intolerance for others not in their social circle. That is Theta's definition of Classy. Be warned - you may or may not be classy enough for them if you are a kind, accepting-type of girl.

What in the world are you talking about? This post is completely false. The reason Theta continually wins awards is because the house is filled with tons of awesome, kind, smart, and involved girls. Stop being so jealous.

Theta is undoubtedly the top house on campus, and has been for a few years. It is very obvious to me that anyone who would comment negatively on Theta must be from an inferior house.
