pref night dress

I have a white dress for pref night that I love, and it looks great on me. The only problem is that it is white. Is it okay to wear white after Labor Day? Be blunt with me. I can just go to the square and get another dress if I need to.

I know of at least one sorority who's actives will be wearing white of pref night.

I think as a group, conducting a ritual ceremony that is okay, but as an individual invited to participate, white after Labor Day might be a faux pas.

I was told not to wear white for pref by an alumna I know and talked to and based on that I would pass the same advice on to you

I would agree with the active who already posted in saying that you should save the white dress for initiation!
