Do your research. There are hundreds of articles written on this subject. Google this exact question. They can prepare you as well as give you conversation topics and good questions to ask.

I don't run either website. But it's so annoying to see the same questions asked time after time on here. They are google-able and found on the websites that I just posted links to.
