If you get completely dropped from recruitment, can you try to colonize with Alpha Phi? Or do you have to drop out yourself or not go through formal recruitment in order to attempt to do Alpha Phi?

If you are released from formal recruitment, or if you drop out on your own, or if you never even sign up for formal recruitment, you will still be able to colonize with alpha phi. Their informal recruitment will take place after formal recruitment.

Yes you can!! And if you drop from rush or have been dropped, I highly recommend you try it!
