What houses have been updated recently?? What house is considered one of the nicest? What house has the best location?

Most of the houses have renovations done over the summer. Some just redo a room, some get new beds, so paint.... All houses require annual maintenance and have funds to upkeep. Various projects will occur every year.

phi mu has the best location on campus and chi o has the worst.

aopi, theta, pi phi, chi o, adpi, and soon to be alpha phi are all on rebel drive. phi mu, dg, kappa, kd, and ddd are all on sorority row, which i would say is a better location.
