They're getting more selective, so connections help. If you have grades and a resume that stands out, you'll definitely have a shot.

About the same as aopi. Pi phi has prettier girls

They're just about the same! Aopi is generally seen as preppier/girlier while pi phi is viewed as more chill/tomboy. Same quality of girls but with very different styles. Both are moving up.

If you have a 3.0, activities, and personalit you can easily get a if to pi phi and aopi.

You will get cut from both PI Phi and Aopi if you don't have over a 3.0 and a letter of Rec. definitely get a rec letter by contacting your hometown alumni chapter and then you will have a good chance. But you need both a 3.0 and a letter of recommendation.
