Do some sororities have girls who party a lot and some who don't condone partying at all? Like are there houses where none of the girls party and that is looked down upon?

Nope. There are girls in every sorority who party.

There are some sororities who are more religious than others and some sororities who party more than others, but with 400 girls in each sorority, you get all kinds.
