Are all Recs due the same day or do a lot of sororities have their own due dates? I heard a rumor that recs are due June 1st for XO, can anyone confirm this?

Since registration recruitment doesn't end until after classes start, I would think you have until then to get all your stuff turned in.

However, if you want them to consider you for membership, now might be too late for some houses.

Regardless, I would check with each individual sorority.
