fraternities on upward/downward slopes

Which fraternities do y'all see getting better in the next few years and which are headed downhill?

Phi delt moving down because they're in and out of trouble and on probation constantly. I see kappa sig and ATO moving up.

I see the KA'S going down. Actually they have been going doing the past 2-3 years. Still a good fraternity but not as strong as they once were.

definitely pike and ato! They're both mostly oos guys, so as more freshman come from oos they will keep getting better. The top fraternities will continue taking the same southern guys and I think that this won't necessarily hurt them, but it will eventually level them out with the middle houses.

The top houses take the top instate and oos guys. Plenty of oos guys in top houses. Last year the president of two of the top houses were oos. Quit buying into the bs that top frats only take in state guys.
