Everyone wants to think their house is top tier but for Phi Delta to place themselves top and in first position is just wishful thinking. Phi Delta is catching up with KA but they have a long way to go to be top tier. They have very little campus involvement, poor grades, overall average recruitment. Mediocre fraternity.

Delta Psi and Beta are NOT middle tier. Move them down to bottom and move Phi Psi up to middle

I dont know why Beta keeps saying they are middle tier. SAE is above beta and delta psi...simple as that. Beta needs to quit self ranking.
