1. You have no connection. You can't get into any of these houses without connections.

2. You have been seen and linked repeatedly to aopi. To be completely honest, we would pass you over during rush because we wouldn't want to risk wasting a bid on someone who "would be happier in another house". (Not my words, but words used often enough to describe girls who are linked to other houses). Trust me, even one picture of you seen with actives of another sorority is enough for us to drop you.

During my senior year in high school I came up multiple times, once I stayed with xo, once with ddd, and once with KD and DG in the same weekend. I made sure no house would assume I would be happier elsewhere!

You do sound incredibly closed minded! EVERY sorority works hard for their philanthropy. EVERY sorority stands for greatness. EVERY sorority supports ole miss, the Oxford community, and great charities!

Have fun with aopi! Why the heck would you be hanging out with girls that you didn't include in your list of preferred sororities? Are you a user of people? Why wouldn't you want to be in a sorority with your "good friends"?

In the real world there is a term for you: a social climber!

I would try to meet girls from KD XO or DDD during your time there. Also, girls from other sororities.
Make your connections and keep an open mind

Sounds like that you already made up your mind. Don't blame you though. You have a house that wants you and you have hung out with the girls and it's tempting to like a specific house.
However, you gotta stay open minded. It to me, you sound like that you like AOPi but you like the idea of a top tier house. You may meet a bunch of other girls in different houses this weekend and you might end up loving the girls and what that house has to offer to you.
AOPi is an awesome house with awesome girls who obviously like you, but you seriously need to be careful. The girls in other sororities that you mentioned now see you as "a future AOPi".
