why is theta consider so bad here?

I keep reading theta is bottom here which shocks me! At my school, they are top along with kappa. What makes them so bad? I wonder why they never got footing here like they seemed to have achieved nationally

Maybe because they are one of the newest sororities on campus. They have been around only 25 years. Next to sororities that been around for 100 years, they have a much smaller alumni base.
